1. The Parks
Obviously people foremost go to Disney World to see Cinderella's Castle or ride the Rockin' Roller Coaster. Unlike other theme parks, Disney World has four unique parks, two water parks, and a downtown area for shopping and dining. Each park has it's own main icon and personality. Many of the rides are inside, which give park goers a chance to get out of the Florida heat.
2. The Hotel
There are multiple locations on property to stay at Disney World. Every hotel at Disney has a different theme, but each and every one of them is a great experience. At the hotel, there's even more to do, like watch a movie under the stars, go down waterslides, and make s'mores. Some hotels are on the boardwalk, while others create the feeling of camping in the wilderness.
3. Cast Members
One of the most important aspects of Disney World is the cast members. Cast members do everything from operate the rides, serve food, or work back at the hotel. Each cast member goes through intense training to give each guest an amazing experience.
4. Shows
Disney World is unlike other theme parks because it takes pride in giving guests entertainment beyond thrill rides. A major part of Disney World parks are the shows, done mostly with animatronics. Although some see the Disney shows as a time to get out of the heat, many of these shows have passed the test of time and still entertain today.
5. Restaurants
Eating is one of the best parts of the Disney World experience, and narrowing down where you want to eat may be the hardest. Like the hotels, each dining experience is one-of-a-kind, and maybe you'll find yourself eating at Cinderella's Castle?
6. Meeting the Characters
What's better than meeting the biggest celebrity of them all, Mickey Mouse? It is incredibly difficult to become an actor for a character at Disney, so you know that each character you're meeting is perfect for the job. Some of the best characters you'll meet are Peter Pan and Gaston, who always put on a show and make you laugh.
7. Something for All Ages
Walt Disney originally created Disneyland where parents could take their children while also having fun too. Although the height requirement is low for most rides, they're still fun no matter how old you get. There are also multiple 21+ places for adults to go during the evenings, as well as spas and beaches.
8. Being a Kid Again
Everyone at Disney World is there for the same reason: To have fun. You'll never be judged for riding the same ride 15 times in a row, or screaming at the top of your lungs after riding Space Mountain for the first time. Party with Stitch and buy that Funnel Cake, because this is an experience of a lifetime.
9. It's Expanding (Always)
No experience at Disney World is ever the same. Disney is always creating new and innovative rides, shows, restaurants, and hotels. If you're ever able to go back a second time, you'll find yourself saying: Wait, was this here before?
10. Magic
The magic of Disney is that you're able to forget everything and just have fun. You'll be closer with whoever you go with, whether it's your family or a group of friends. Everything seems a little more magical at Disney World.
