Here's a confession for you: I don't enjoy shopping for Christmas gifts. It's not that I don't like to give gifts, because I do, I love seeing my friends and family happy because of something that I got for them, and I know the way that I treasure gifts and hope others do the same. It always makes me happy to use something someone gave me, because not only do I enjoy the item itself, but I get to think "Oh, so-and-so gave me this, that was so nice" and I get a bonus smile.

But finding the perfect gift is HARD. You don't want to get something that they already have, but you want it to be something they will like, too. So unless you know them REALLY well, it's hard to find the balance.

Well, don't worry, Santa's little helper is here for you. Here are a few unusual Christmas presents that your friends and family might enjoy-- and where to find them!

1. Owl Mug

These hand painted stoneware mugs are sure to bring a smile to lovers of owls and coffee. So cute!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
