A lot of my friends have furry kitties and fluffy puppies, but I have something even better: A hairless cat. That's right, a naked cat. If I were to take a poll right now, I guarantee that 99 percent of my friends would say she is ugly. If you have never seen or held a hairless cat, or as I like to call them, peach baby, then you are missing out. My peach baby is named Fifi. She likes long naps in the sunlight, bird watching, and stealing chicken wings from the kitchen counter. Sphynx cats have a ton of awesome personality traits that make them awesome, so I'm blessing your timeline with reasons to love gorgeous naked cats.
While you may think they look scary, they are actually gorgeous creatures.
These fur-less felines are gorgeous. They all have unique patterns and/or colors that make them special. Look at this face, this is the face of gorgeousness. I love it and just want to kiss that face all over.
If you still think they are ugly, then look at their personalities.
Some people can't look past the looks, so just get to know these sweet little angels. I promise their wrinkly, angry faces are deceiving. Hairless cats are also extremely intelligent and sly, which makes everyday more exciting. You never know what they are going to do or get into. Side note, my kitten is 13 and still plays like a little kitten, but only if she wants to. She is still a cat and cats don't do anything they want to.
They give an overwhelming amount of love.
All I know is that furry cats hate everyone all the time. True story. These sweet little babies give love like no other. They know when you are feeling at your worst and won't leave your side until you feel better.
They live longer than other breeds of cats.
Wait, so more time with your best friend? How can you argue with that? Sphynx cats tend to live longer than other breeds. Probably because they are freakin' awesome. So if you want a best friend that sticks around longer than you, probably, then you should definitely get a hairless cat, but not just because how cute they are. Or because they are, whatever.
You get to dress them up.
While these peach babies do have peach fuzz for hair, that still isn't enough to keep them warm in the winter. Just buy like 20 million sweaters or knit one, like it'll be so friggin' cute, like, look at 'em!
They are actually models.
If you're super hipster or into taking grunge photos, these little angels are the best for grungy, hip modeling pictures. They know just how to work the camera. They look better than actual models and that is OK.
They teach you to be unique.
They are criticized often for being "ugly" but they are the most loving creatures. They teach you to be yourself and if no one loves you for who you are, then who cares? The ones who do matter will still love you. Sphynx cats are amazing. Just give them a chance.
ALSO THEY DON'T GET HAIR EVERYWHERE!
Like heck yeah, you don't need to get a brush, just give them a bath weekly, so they smell good and they are friggin cute but also no hair. I cannot stress this enough! If you're allergic and love cats, then these are the cutie patooties for you!
