What's a vacation without some good music?

Before you hit the road or board your plane, make sure you have one of the biggest travel essentials—good music.

1. "Morning Light" - The Dirty Guv'nahs

This song starts the playlist off strong. Its beat and lyrics are the perfect beginning to a trip. You'll be tapping your foot as your plane heads down the runway.

2. "Rollercoaster" - Bleachers

If you've ever watched a YouTube video about traveling or studying abroad, this song was probably playing in the background. It will make you want to grab a Go-Pro and do something fun and crazy.

3. "CAN'T STOP THE FEELING!" - Justin Timberlake

This song is the definition of feel-good and carefree. You literally can't stop the feeling.

4. "Chivalry is Dead" - Trevor Wesley

This song is a little funky and out there but it'll put you in a good mood and have you bobbing your head by the first chorus.

5. "Adventure of a Lifetime" - Coldplay

No one does travel and adventure better than Coldplay. I could've made this whole playlist just Coldplay songs but I restrained myself. This song is a must.

6. "Sweet Disposition" - The Temper Trap

I dare you to listen to this song in the car or on a train and feel like you're not in a music video or a movie montage. It's gold.

7. "Crazy" - Kat Dahlia

The lyrics are ridiculously relatable and Dahlia's voice is so cool and unique you'll fall in love with this song after just one listen.

8. "Worse Things Than Love" - Timeflies

This song feels like a bubbly Target or Old Navy commercial in the best way possible.

9. "This Summer's Gonna Hurt like a Motherf*cker" - Maroon 5

The song literally has the word 'summer' in the title, and it's the perfect summer anthem, whether you've just recently gone through a breakup or not. Besides, who doesn't love some Adam Levine?

10. "Funeral" - Lukas Graham

The theme is a little morbid but the music itself is so upbeat and the message is great. "'Cause the way I lived, it was amazing," is how we should feel 24/7.

11. "Old Blues" - Little Chief

Road trip song for sure. I don't know how but it has an outdoorsy feel that makes me feel like I'm sitting around a campfire with my friends.

12. "Ships in the Night" - Mat Kearney

Mat Kearney sing-talking might be the best thing ever and the chorus will make you want to sing your heart out, so you can't go wrong here.

13. "All I Want is You" - Ball Park Music

You know the part in romantic comedies where the boy and girl lock eyes in a bar and spend the rest of the night drinking and laughing while music plays in the background? This is that song.

14. "Goodbye Kiss" - Grace Potter & the Nocturnals

The definition of chill, Grace Potter will hit you in the feels and make you want to dance, too.

15. "Freedom" - Beyoncé featuring Kendrick Lamar

Arguably one of the best songs off of Beyoncé's new album, "Lemonade," this song is angsty and will fire you up and make you feel ready to take on the world.

16. "On Top of the World" - Imagine Dragons

The title says it all honestly.

17. "On The Way Home" - John Mayer

It's a feel good, end-of-your-trip song. It's calming and relaxing, which is how you should feel by the end of traveling, hopefully.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
