Here are some Netflix shows to binge watch whenever you have down time.
1. One Tree Hill: Half-brothers Lucas and Nathan Scott trade between kinship and rivalry both on the basketball court and in the hearts of their friends in the small, but not so quiet town of Tree Hill, North Carolina.
It's a great show, and yeah, it's about high school kids but they show what kids these days actually have to go through. I found myself relating to some of the scenarios and really got hooked on it within like 3 episodes.
2. Grey's Anatomy: A drama centered on the personal and professional lives of five surgical interns and their supervisors.
Myself being an EMT, finds this show very interesting. They create stories about real cases and get advice on real medical procedures.
3. Scandal: A former White House Communications Director starts her own crisis management firm only to realize her clients are not the only ones with secrets.
A very intense show, keeps you on your feet. Shonda Rhimes also created this show as well. ( along with Grey's Anatomy)
4. Chicago PD: Follows District 21 of the Chicago Police Department, which is made up of two distinctly different groups: the uniformed cops and the Intelligence Unit.
I've always wondered since I was little what life was like as a cop so this gave me some insight. I love Sophia Bush as an actress ( she was in One Tree Hill as well) but it is also another show to get quickly hooked on.
5. Chicago Fire: The story of firefighters in Chicago, both on a personal and professional level.
Another show that creates stories with real cases and has real firefighters acting in it. Show always keeps you on your feet.
6. Chicago Med: An emotional thrill ride through the day-to-day chaos of the city's most explosive hospital and the courageous team of doctors who hold it together. They will tackle unique new cases inspired by topical events, forging fiery relationships in the pulse-pounding pandemonium of the emergency room.
The third show that is based out of Chicago. Also has real stories created in their own way. I love medical shows because I always learn something new every time.
7. Pretty Little Liars: Four friends band together against an anonymous foe who threatens to reveal their darkest secrets, while unraveling the mystery of the murder of their best friend.
I love this show. I have watched it from the very beginning and am very sad that at the end of season 7 it will be over. This show never answers the questions you have until a little later which always keeps you on your toes and wanting more.
These are some of the shows that I have watched since they came out, except for One Tree Hill ( I just started watching it this summer ;) ) but it is so good. Hope you enjoy!
