This show is great to watch - whether you're looking for some eye candy or you're in need of some drama, it's a solid go-to TV show.
2. Stranger Things
This show is so mysterious that it's bound to take your mind off of all of your studies for a while. It is highly recommended for a quick break when you're in need of a distraction.
3. Freaks and Geeks
Whether this show reminds you of your childhood or not, it's a great one to watch. It'll teach you how to deal with your problems and encourage you to push through tough times, as there is always a better outcome later on.
4. Bob's Burgers
"Bob's Burgers" will remind you of your family and cure your home sicknesses by putting a smile on your face.
5. Parks and Recreation
Leslie Knope's character will inspire you to be the best you can be and accomplish the most that you possibly can. It'll also remind you not to take life too seriously.
6. Chopped
Are you in need of ideas for what to make for dinner? Check out Chopped and you'll never have to be stuck with Sodexo again.
7. House Hunters
While it's not the most engaging show, "House Hunters" can be great to have on in the background if you need some white noise. It'll also gives you a sense of what you'll be looking for in a future house for yourself.
8. Gilmore Girls
This is yet another highly recommended show to turn to if you're missing home. The mother-daughter relationship that Lorelai and Rory share hopefully reminds you of your own family, while also instilling a sense of security in your college home and new life.
9. Skins
This show is British, quirky, and super addicting. The characters are funny, down-to-earth, realistic, and inspiring all in their own ways. This would be an easy show to binge watch when you're procrastinating on your school assignments.
