Five Sports That Make You More Attractive

Everyone knows being an athlete is hot.

Consistent exercise and practice of sports produces a

variety of favorable character traits: discipline, perseverance, reduced anxiety, cut abs. After an extensive poll of both male and female college students, here is a definitive list of the top 5 sports that each gender finds the most attractive.

Dudes

5. Lacrosse

Lax bros have the cool, laid back attitude perfected, and yet have zero inhibitions about literally beating each other with sticks. They also know how to have a good time and would be an excellent choice for any date party function. However, when it comes to the ‘bro flow’, they can either pull it off better than a slow-mo Herbal Essences commercial or wind up looking like a mangy rabid dog that needs to go to the groomer.

4. Baseball

OH MY GOD BECKY LOOK AT HIS BUTT. Enough said.

3. Football

Ah, the classic All-American boy. Football players are perfect for you ladies who love to feel tiny in the arms of someone big and muscular.

2. Soccer

I mean, did you see all the attractive males at the World Cup? A soccer player is the perfect match for you Cardio Queens.

1. Swimming

First place goes to the swimmers out there. It takes a real man to be able to look good in a speedo. Swimmers are toned without being shredded and have washboard abs. Watching a guy swim a 100 meter butterfly is an act of pure beauty. Look at Ryan Lochte- he’s dumb as rocks, but he looks like an angel.

Ladies

5. Gymnastics

While a leotard may not be the most attractive uniform in the world, it makes your butt look awesome. With years of experience on a balance beam, you’ll never find a gymnast stumbling home after a night at the bars. The girl is flexible and fearless.

4. Cheer/ Dance

Cheerleading and dance definitely win as far as cutest uniforms. These girls got moves and confidence to boot.

3. Tennis

These girls have got it all: cute preppy skirts and visors, perfectly toned arms and legs, and they're probably really good at beer pong.

2. Volleyball

Any sport that does not require you to wear pants is glorious. These spandex clad ladies are tall and gorgeous and can easily have fun at a beach.

1. Lacrosse

These girls are down right athletically impressive. Lax girls must be fast and coordinated to successfully work as a team. They deal with smaller pockets and can’t brutally attack each other like the guys can. They also know how to communicate effectively and were probably popular in high school. Lax girls can pull off girly and being a bro, an impressive feat.

All these ratings, of course, are glaring generalities. As long as you are active and healthy, you will be attractive to those around you. So next time you feel like curling up in bed with a tub of Double Dunker ice cream and Netflix, go get active and you might just meet a hottie-lamotti with an athlete’s body.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
