2. Mama V's Quezzadillaville

Located on the corner of East 7th St. and Trinity St., this authentic Tex-Mex food truck provides a savory bite for all those on their way to or from 6th Street.

3. Halal Bros.

For those who want to step outside of their comfort zone, this authentic Middle Eastern cuisine is a must! With authentic dishes and great flavor, Halal always has people lined up out the door! (Located at 2712 Guadalupe St.)

4. Kerbey Lane Cafe

A trip to Austin is not complete without a stop at Kerbey Lane! With dishes that appeal to every crowd, this diner-style restaurant makes every trip to Austin memorable. Don't forget to start your meal with some Kerbey Queso!

5. Roppolo's Pizzeria

Last but not least is one of my favorite places in Austin -- Roppolo's! I'm not going to lie, my friends and I have often make the trip down to 6th Street specifically for the purpose of getting this pizza. Not to mention, it's always a great way to end your night downtown!
