Music plays a big role in college students' lives. Music creates memories, moods, and perspective. The music you listen to sets the mood and creates an idea of how your day is going to be. We all have that one playlist that gets us through any day or any event, but have you ever thought of a playlist specifically to get you through a trip to class or your dorm? There are a lot of songs out there, so you have to choose wisely.

Don't worry, I have you covered. Here is your next "Walking to Class" playlist.

1. All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled

When you have that one exam that is crucial to your grade, and once you get that test back, you see a big fat 'A,' this is the song you'll want to play after class. Success is key, right?

2. Nobody's Perfect by Hannah Montana

When you check blackboard halfway through the semester and you see your grades slipping, you just need to remember that nobody's perfect.

3. Let It Go by Idina Menzel

Just when you think winter is almost over, the biggest snowstorm since the ice age hits, and every campus except Main Campus closes. You just have to put on those snow boats and let it go.

4. Me, Myself & I by G-Eazy, Bebe Rexha

Walking around campus, and this is the third couple you have seen holding hands. You just need to remind yourself you only need me, myself, & I.

5. A Thousand Miles by Vanessa Carlton

Oh, you need to get to Franklin in 15 minutes from Koonce Hall? No worries, Vanessa Carlton will take you there.

6. Cry Me a River by Justin Timberlake

You finally get the courage to go up to your professor to discuss your failing grade, and you ask for any opportunity to get extra credit. Your professor says, with no sympathy, "Cry me a river."

7. Work by Rihanna, Drake

It's a Wednesday afternoon, and you're not done with the week yet. This song will make you put in work to reach the finish line. It's time to work, work, work, work, work, work!

8. All Me By Drake, 2 Chainz, Big Sean

You studied for hours and hours the night before, you're walking into your exam room, and you know you're prepared. You know this information front to back, so that 'A' you're about to get is all you.

9. Survivor by Destiny's Child

This song is perfect for that class you wish you never took. It's finals week and you step out, knowing you won't ever have to come back. You survived.

10. The Final Countdown by Europe

It's crunch time... the week before finals. It's either make it or break it. This is the point where you either fail your class or pull out strong. This is the perfect motivation song for the sleepless nights ahead of you.

Rock on, my readers, and may the semester be in your favor!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
