Plymouth, New Hampshire is a small town, but it boasts great food. There's something for everyone to eat here. Whether you like pizza, Chinese food, or a classic sandwich, Plymouth has it. Plymouth boasts late-night eats and early morning breakfast places. I'm confident you'll find something on this list for you.
1. Keith's Pizza
Keith's is the perfect place for you when it's midnight and you're halfway through a late-night cram session for your big exam or after a fun night out with friends. Just call up Keith's and they will deliver right to your dorm. With pizza slices costing only $1.50 and a delicious variety of calzone options, you can't go wrong. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch calzone. (Pro tip: on Wednesdays and Sundays, small calzones and small pizzas are only $5!)
2. Annie's Overflow Restaurant
First we got a late-night slice of pizza, now we'll get breakfast together. Annie's offers delicious breakfast with a happy, smiling face. The food is great and the service is even better. Annie's has all the classic breakfast dishes you know and love such as omelets, pancakes, French toast, bacon and eggs. They have daily specials too. Another great thing about Annie's is that you can call in to order breakfast sandwiches and go pick them up when they're ready, a great option for those trying to get out early and enjoy a nice hike at Rattlesnake Mountain and some shopping in Tilton.
3. Hong Kong Garden
Hong Kong Garden serves delicious Chinese food, as you may have guessed. Although some Plymouth residents will argue Mandarin Taste is better, I am a strong advocate for Hong Kong. With a huge variety of options, Hong Kong boasts many different meals including sushi, every college student's favorite. Those 21+ can enjoy the bar at Hong Kong too. Another perk is that Hong Kong delivers... every lazy college student's favorite thing.
4. Biederman's
A list of delicious restaurants in Plymouth wouldn't be complete without Biederman's. If you're looking for an out-of-this-world sandwich just head on down to the little cellar bar in the alley. Bied's boasts delicious sandwiches, chili, soups, and tacos, as well as local and national beers. Biederman's also offers trivia nights and live music. What a great way to spend your night!
5. Italian Farmhouse
As part of the Common Man chain, you can guarantee the food will be delicious! Who doesn't love a great Italian dinner? The food is all handmade, right down to the pasta. Italian Farmhouse offers flatbread pizzas, a variety of lasagna and other pasta dishes, salads, and steaks. The best part is the warm, handmade bread with fresh parmesan and either basil-infused olive oil, spicy olive oil, or balsamic vinegar. Italian Farmhouse also offers authentic Italian coffees and desserts.
6. Chase Street Market
Owned by the same company as Biederman's, Chase Street Market offers a wide variety of organic and all-natural foods. There is a deli counter where you can get cold sandwiches, bagels, and amazing breakfast sandwiches. You can even get a hash brown on your breakfast sandwich! Chase Street sells delicious organic snacks, fruits, ice cream, juices, smoothies, and so much more. It even sells alcohol. Head on down to Chase Street for a breakfast sandwich and I guarantee you'll be hooked.
7. Burrito Me
Burrito Me is the little cousin to Chipotle. It offers burritos, quesadillas, tacos, and burrito bowls that you can make yourself! All you do is tell the server what you want in it and there you have it! Burrito Me also offers various alcoholic beverages. It occasionally hosts open mic nights and other fun activities. If you're really craving a burrito, like I am 99% of the time, head down to the corner of Highland Street and Main Street.
8. Manny's Downtown Pizza
With so many pizza places, I just had to list two. Manny's has delicious pizza, calzones, pasta dishes, sandwiches, and salads. Their barbecue chicken pizza is out-of-this-world. With so many options available, Manny's offers something for everyone. An added bonus is that they accept Plymouth State University FlexCash, so technically that cheesy pasta is on your meal plan...right?
9. Fugaky
Not many Plymouth State students go to Fugaky because that means getting in a car and driving a whole 5 minutes away from campus. I promise you the food is worth it. Fugaky offers the most authentic Chinese food experience in Plymouth and at a wallet-friendly price. They also have a room you can rent out for free when everyone orders off the menu for functions. Fugaky is delicious and well-worth the drive.
10. Main Street Station
Main Street Station is another great breakfast place in Plymouth. Offering a wide variety of omelets, breakfast plates, pancakes, and so much more, Main Street Station also serves sandwiches and burgers for lunch. They also offer daily specials that include a special omelet, stuffed French toast, or a new sandwich. You can never go wrong when you go out to breakfast and I know Main Street Station won't disappoint.
