Stay still. Draw no attention to yourself. If you move, they will see that your pants are too tight. If you wave, your arm fat will echo the movement. If you wear anything less than three layers, they will see your stomach for what it really is. If you do not put on at least mascara, they will notice.
Donāt move, you canāt let them see your imperfections.
Whether you are insecure about your weight, height, looks,
smile, eyes, thighs, or scars, we have all been through that rough patch where
we canāt look ourselves in the mirror. Although I am insecure about my extra
weight, I understand that there are people who pray to gain ten pounds, while I
want to lose it. It does not matter if you think you need to gain weight or
lose weight, whiten your teeth
So, to those who are insecure about anything, donāt be. You are beautiful and spectacular in all your glory. You shine brighter than a thousand suns--you light up someoneās world. Nothing can compare to your beauty, because there is only one of you, and no one should want to change you no matter how imperfect they--or you--think you are.
If you canāt look into that mirror, break it. Hell, I will shatter it with you. We can take a baseball bat to it. We can demolish it until the glass surrounds our feet and we are left breathless and with a mess. Looking into that mirror is like hearing society criticize your every flaw. You donāt need that, because, sweetie, mirrors lie. They tell you everything you donāt want to hear. You donāt need that. You hear it every day inside your head. It is an everyday struggle to let go of your insecurities and allow yourself to feel beautiful.
What makes you feel beautiful? What allows you that pleasure?
For me, it is dancing around my house in my underwear and a huge sweater. Then, I feel free--beautiful. I am free of all negativity about myself while I dance around looking like a fool. Maybe you feel beautiful with your make-up on point and your hair in a bun. Maybe you feel gorgeous all natural, in a beautiful summer dress.
Whatever it is, just do it.
Do it.
Donāt let society conform you into this āperfect,ā plastic mold that they think we should all fit into. We will never fit into it, and that is okay. We are not meant to be the same, so donāt give up on being a beautiful you. Donāt let your insecurities hold you back from being brilliant and beautiful.
You are like a country sky--full of stars and miracles.
You are beautiful.
