I personally love to plan literally anything and everything. I gain a huge sense of accomplishment every time I get to plan things and they turn out successful. From planning out my course load for the semester to planning events and my everyday routine, I always want to know where and when I'm doing things. Although it's always good to be organized, it's sometimes nice to be able to go with the flow-- especially once college came around.
I know from experience that pretty much every high schooler always heads to college with the perfect plan and are set to graduate in four years. Having a plan for your next four years is great for organizing your life and tackling scary situations both in and outside of college. You will never regret being prepared for things and not being that person in class who didn't know about the homework.
But, as great as having a plan is, don't be fooled. It's not always that easy and somewhere down the line your plan might change. College is the place where your meant to find yourself so its OK if you change plans and take a semester off of even have a change of heart and change your major. Your plans can grow and adapt with you throughout your whole life.
