You need to know that you honestly make me happier than anyone else on this whole entire Earth. Since you have been in my life, it has definitely been for the better. You have changed my perspective on life and made it so much brighter. I could be having the worst day and you always know just what to say to change that. You may not even know that you do these things each and every day.

Here I start the real letter, to the one this is truly meant for.

Honestly, even if you don’t think that you make me happy, you do. I can’t even stay mad at you no matter how hard I try. If I am mad at you, you always like to get in my face and try to make me smile. This tactic always succeeds and I just don’t know how you do it because I always try my hardest not to smile, but how could I not smile at you? I want you to know that you are the only one that makes me smile like you do.

You make me the happiest girl in the world by bringing nothing but laughter and so much love to my life. We are always laughing together and I love it so much. We laugh at just about anything and sometimes the laughter seems endless. Whether we are laughing at each other, things that we are talking about with each other, inside jokes or something that happened that we shouldn’t laugh about, we are always laughing.

For us, happiness can just entail going on short trips to a gas station just to get midnight snacks together and laughing when I drop the ice cream carton on the ground and then try to put it back. Random car rides absolutely have to be one of my favorite things that we do almost every time that we are together. Jamming out in the car with you to our favorite music on our playlist is one thing that I always look forward to. Trying to get you to sing with me or at least trying to get you to smile when I sing is what brings me pure happiness.

Both of us love sports and even if you might not admit it I also believe that you love to be competitive like me. That’s what makes me happy about playing sports with you--the competition that goes with it. To most people, playing soccer would just mean kicking the ball around but for us, it means I’m in the goal trying to stop your shots while you laugh at me every time I miss the ball by a couple of inches and land in the dirt. I always love to laugh at you when the ball gets shot passed the goal by a long shot, so we are even.

Honestly, there are so many other things that you do to make me happy but I wouldn’t even know how to list them all. You have made my life the best that it has ever been. Every day that we spend together is an adventure and I can’t wait to create so many more memories with you. I hope I always make you as happy as you make me and just know that you’re the best thing that has ever happened to me.
