Relationships in this generation have turned into the hookup and run, even apps have been created so that you find the best "date" for the night. With all the negative views on men and relationships, I would like to thank the guy who skipped the app and went straight to an old-fashioned date.

...to all my crazy stories about work, friends and family, even when the sport of season is on and you would much rather see how many points your fantasy team has earned you than hear about my average day.

3. Thank you for supporting me...

...in all the wild decisions I make and sometimes not even realistic hopes I have, for offering advice and pushing me to do better, and for picking me up when I fail.

4. Thank you for the little things...

...you know the things you say are no big deal, but they mean the world to me. Like bringing me coffee at work, a cupcake at 2 a.m., or letting my dog outside because you were in the area.

5. Thank you for trying...

...to be in this relationship with me, to make the best of difficult situations and trying to be the best boyfriend a girl could ask for.

6. Thank you for making me happy...

...even on my roughest of days when I barely want to get out of bed you make me laugh, you hug me until I feel better, you don't force me to tell you what's wrong, even though I know you would listen. You make me smile.

7. And most importantly thank you for loving me...

...and showing me every day including the days that I refuse to wear real pants or makeup.
