I am genuinely so excited to see what this year and new member process will give you. You get what you give in Greek Life and I can already tell you plan on giving a lot.

My advice to you is to never be afraid to ask for help, whether its about your personal life, school life, or even about the chapter. Each sister is willing to help you - we wear the same letters for a reason, not just by chance.

Also, don't join a group of people, join your whole chapter. Being a apart of a clique will not give you the full experience of how great your chapter is. We are all sisters for a reason, so even if you feel like you don't relate to someone in this chapter, I promise, you do.

It will take time to get that moment where you think to yourself "Oh my, I am completely in love with every part of this organization" and that is OK, Little.

I can't express to you enough how much this chapter will change you in the best ways. I personally have become more mature, more expressive, and more focused on the things most important to me.

A year ago, I never would of thought I'd be writing something like this.

I've found people to look up to and people I know look up to me. It is the most amazing feeling in the world, and I'm so excited for you to be as obsessed as I am. Our philanthropy will warm the crap out of your heart not just the first time you're involved with it, but every time.

The little moments will end up being big memories.

Our house won't feel as big as it feels to you now, it will become your home away from home. And our letters won't just be letters, they'll become part of how you choose to define yourself.

Don't even get me started on your family. Okay, fine I'll start. You are so loved, Little. From the moment you jumped into my arms I knew that we would be a great pair. Not only do I love you, but your G-big loves you and your Aunt loves you. So, if you ever feel like you have no one to turn to in times of need, I will seriously be mad at you because I just listed three people that would drop anything to help you.

Our line is crazy, but you will appreciate it and contribute to the craziness soon enough. Also, when you wonder to yourself "Why is my big so obsessed with me?" Don't worry, you'll understand when you get your little.

This year is going to be absolutely crazy for you, but it will also be one of the best years of your life. I promise you, that the tough moments of this year and your new member process are completely worth it.

You will never find something else in your college years that you will love more than your experience in this chapter. You'll have me by your side the entire time to guide you and love you, cook for you, and spoil you. When I say I am obsessed with you I'm not kidding, I mean look, I'm writing this article for you!
