I've always heard about the butterflies

When you fall in love with someone, they take nest in your stomach and flutter every time you see them

I've felt them before, many times, and always thought that it was some indication of love.

And then I met you.

With you it was a completely different feeling. Not butterflies or nerves, just calm

Like being wrapped in a blanket of waves and just floating in the clouds.

I believe that's what love is

And why I know I'm with the right person

Because everyone follows the butterflies, thinking that they're leading them into a garden of serenity and eternity with one person.

I believe that someone who can make you feel calm, no matter the weight crushing you in this world of ours is something to hold on to

And I don't plan on letting go.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
