How to Deal With Writer's Block

I am currently struggling with writer’s block. I want to produce great writing content but sometimes I just get in this phase of having crappy ideas or not having ideas period. This happens to many writers! You are stuck between using old ideas again or just resort to Google for help. Here’s how I deal with it, as well as some tips that can help with this process.

  • Go for a walk and you can find inspiration around you
  • Eliminate distractions or just turn your phone off
  • Sit and try to brainstorm
  • Read a book
  • Listen to music if you find it calming
  • Free write
  • Move you body, get the juices flowing
  • Write in the morning. It's a good way to start the day!
  • Be one with your thoughts
  • Look for ideas from your peers!

Sometimes simple things like drinking water helps as well! It’s difficult when you have writer’s block and you genuinely want to write great content, but it happens to the best of us. Just don't let it stand in your way.
