8 Times The Characters From Drake And Josh Represented College Students

Drake and Josh was and forever will be an iconic show. As a college student, I relate to the characters on so many levels.

1. We Don't Function Well on Mondays

Yes, we basically all have classes on Mondays. But we definitely hate it and debate skipping class for at least 30 minutes before we actually get out of bed. And we are basically zombies the entire day.

2. We Are Hungry, All The Time

Yes, I ate an hour ago. Yes, I am eating again.

3. Sometimes We Just Need A Lazy Day

Between work, class, and homework, it often feels like we never get a break. Sometimes we just need a day where we sit on the couch, eat a bunch of junk food, and binge watch TV shows.

4. Do Not Steal Our Food

Never, under any circumstances, take our food. We have most likely been looking forward to it all day.

5. We All Reach That Point Where We Stop Caring A Little

This usually happens about halfway through the semester. We are tired, we are overwhelmed, and at this point we will be satisfied as long as we just manage to pass the class.

6. We Have Mental Breakdowns From Time To Time

It just happens. We take a look at the syllabus that we haven't looked at since the first day of class and suddenly realize that we have five essays and three projects due, and two exams to take...next week.

7. We Find Any Possible Way To Procrastinate

Yes, we have five essays to write, three projects to finish, and two exams to study for...but we will still procrastinate. We will wait until the last possible minute and then somehow still manage to pull it all off.

8. Finals Week

Two words that fill college students with absolute terror. It can be easily described as the worst week of our lives. It's filled with a lot of stress, sleepless nights, and tears. And then more tears.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
