From Wednesday, October 19th through Friday, October 21st, faculty at Pennsylvania's 14 state schools went on strike as a response to not receiving a fair contract. The following is a timeline, from the student perspective, of our reactions to the past three school days.
1. Waking up Wednesday and finding out you didn't have your morning class
2. Realizing you have the whole day to do whatever you want
3. But then showing up to class for a professor that wasn't striking
4. Wednesday night
5. Waking up Thursday morning and still not having class
6. Realizing that without classes, mass chaos was breaking out
7. When things began to not be fun anymore
8. When you woke up on Friday and the situation still wasn't resolved
9. Everyone all day Friday
10. When a contract was finally negotiated
