When you graduate from high school and accept that offer from the college you want, it seems like the most exciting yet terrifying thing that could ever happen to you. You stress about buying things for the dorm and preparing to move in. You decide what you want to major in, take the necessary classes, maybe even change your major a time or two. Classes are stressful and hard, you have to work in your free time to buy food and gas, you don't get enough sleep because when you aren't in class or work, you're in the library studying or you're sleeping. You try to maintain a social life, even though it doesn't work out so well.
Before you know it, you're entering your last two, or three if you take a summer class, semesters of college. It doesn't fully hit you that you're going to be a senior until at least a few weeks before the semester starts. But when it does finally dawn on you that "hey, I am in my last year if college and am going to be graduating in a few short months," here are ten things that run through your mind.
3. Wasn't I just a freshman?
GiphyDidn’t I just graduate from high school and get my acceptance letter?
Entering your senior year of college, a lot of things run through your mind about life and your friends and what is next for you. If you're anything like me, these are the things that run through your mind the most. Especially the living situation question and the job question. But make the most of the last few months you have in college, and don't waste any time not making memories. Get out there and get those internships and ace those job interviews. Once all that is said and done, rock it in the real world. None of us know what we are doing so that's something you can count on.
