I have to admit it. In the couple days I spent getting over jet lag after coming home from studying abroad in Spain for six weeks, I developed an addiction to "The Bachelorette." Even if you've never watched the show, you probably know what its about. It starts off as 25 guys competing for one woman (the opposite happens on "The Bachelor").
Supposedly, they're all looking for someone to spend the rest of their lives with on this show. It sounds ridiculous, and it is, but like any ridiculous reality TV show, once you start watching, you can't stop. So, if you're as addicted to "The Bachelorette" as I am, you've probably had these thoughts at least once:
1. First of all, where did they find all of these good-looking men?
2. Where can I find one?
3. How are these guys not already taken?
4. Is it actually this hard for these people to find someone or did they just want to be on TV?
5. Oh geez, he's really crazy.
6. Wow, her laugh is kind of annoying.
7. How are they okay with dating the same girl as, like, 20 other guys at the same time?
8. Why isn't she just picking that one and sending the rest home already?!
9. Ew, does she really like him? Why?!
10. Is she really going to cry again?
11. No, no, no, please don't cry about this.
12. What did you think this would be like?? You signed up for this. Haven't you seen the show before?
13. Now he's crying?!
14. Does she really think she has a "connection" with all of them?
15. What "connection?" You literally talked for, like, two minutes.
16. OMG is he going to leave?
17. How is this difficult for you?! You have 20 great (well, mostly) guys fighting for your attention.
18. She gave him a rose and not him?!
19. Seriously, please stop crying now.
20. There are other fish in the sea; you will find someone else.
21. What is really that amazing about her that you are this devastated?! She's literally cheating on you with 10 other guys.
