1. The most exciting thing to happen to Kutztown this year is tailgating! That's right, we are now allowed to do what other colleges and schools have been doing for years! Have fun and be safe, guys!
2. The employees at Starbucks are easily the most bubbly, happy people you will ever meet in your life. They supply you with the delicious goodies that get us all through our days! Without them, we would all be lost.
3. The bees are here to stay. If you see someone walking down the DMZ or the cross walks flailing their bodies, you know not to think anything of it. They're just avoiding a dive-bomb attack from our killer bees.
4. Every morning on your walk to class you take a peak into the fountain to see what it says. Usually vulgar, sometimes heart-warming messages spelled out in rocks make us laugh and brighten our mornings. We look forward to the days we find icebergs of bubbles flowing from the fountains. Thank you to whoever does that.
5. The crossing guards always have our back; they ask us about our days and are happy to be here. We all know that once they are off duty, crossing Main Street becomes a game of Frogger and wondering who will actually stop.

6. Kutztown has a lot of squirrels; they're our fuzzy friends and, more often than not, you stop and watch them. You can't deny it. You cheer on the squirrels when you see them running across campus with someone's left over Chick-Fil-A.
7. What would Kutztown be without a Chick-Fil-A? You sit in your 11 a.m. dreaming about it and then your dreams are crushed when you get to the Academic Forum and there are 70 people in line. Is it worth the wait? The answer is yes. Don't ever think otherwise.
8. You hear stories about Mary haunting Old Main and you know they aren't true -- until you're in the building with no one else in sight and you hear those eerie noises. We've all been there, you don't have to deny it. Whether she's there or not, that building is creepy.
9. When you tell people your school has a pudding slide, you get strange looks. Yes, I'd like to think we are unique because we have the opportunity to slide down a giant tarp full of sloppy chocolate pudding. It's just as great as it sounds and everyone needs to try it once.
10. Despite our weird habits, furry creatures and killer bees, you know that Kutztown is your home and you have made the best of friends here. We wouldn't change a thing about our little school!
