Summer is over and a new school semester is approaching. College students all over the nation have a couple things in mind for this new semester. With more money and a better mindset, these are the things the college students say when they come back from summer vacation.
1. "I got money, honey."
College students spend their summer working hard to save up some money for the new semester. Whether it's for food, bills, rent, or even alcohol, every college student feels like a baller once they go back to campus.
2. "I will only get A's and B's."
New semester, new me. College students want to redeem themselves from a horrible previous semester or year. The great thing about summer vacation is that it makes you reflect on it. Once that new semester starts, it’s basically a new beginning for everyone...or at least that’s what we hope for.
3. "No more procrastination."
The hardest part of college is trying to stay focused and be the top of every class. You will most likely hear every college student say this more than once at the library “I will get my work done on time,” and “No last minute studying or all nighters.”
4."I'm going to the gym."
We all know about the "Freshman 15." Unfortunately for some, those freshman 15 keep going through sophomore, junior and even senior year. For others, this stops because of their gym dedication. Once summer is over every college student wants to keep his or her bod. No matter which one it is, there's no doubt you'll hear people say, “Gym Sesh.”
5."No more partying."
College is about having fun, and the number one way many students do that is by partying. Many students will try to focus on school by not partying. These students say “I won't party this semester,” until the semester actually starts. Instead they start to say “Never mind I will only go out on Fridays and Saturdays.”
