Men are referred to as "bachelors" or "studs" when they associate with multiple women. When a man has many women, he is who every man wants to be. He is the epitome of "manhood."

In 2015, we have thrown out those terms and replaced them with terms like the explicit title "f*ckboy." According to Slate magazine, this is a man who is "the worst kind of guy, or at least one who represents the worst trends of the present moment," which is definitely accurate.

Although there are many trends that follow a "f*ckboy," there is one common trend: They treat women like absolute garbage, like they are disposable. It is disgusting the way that these "men," if you can even call them that, treat women.

Personally, I am sick and tired of these guys getting away with it. I have seen my best friends, sorority sisters, strangers, parents' friends, and even myself experience a "f*ckboy," so I decided to ask these people in my life the signs they should have noticed during their experience. Here are the top 10 signs you should leave him alone:

1. If he only texts you after 11 p.m. or only on the weekends.

This may seem like a "duh" statement, but these guys are sneaky. They tell you all these sweet nothings with their boyish charm, and soon getting a "What's up?" text well after a decent hour begins to seem "sweet."

2. If he only Snapchats you even though he has your number.

Snapchat is not romantic. If you are thinking realistically, he is probably only snapping you so that other girls do not see your number in his messages. How about, no?

3. When he flirts with other girls in front of you.

This is obviously to make you jealous or to let you know that "Hey, other girls think I'm hot, you're lucky I talk to you." Both are completely stupid. If he was genuinely into you, he would not need to do this to make you interested.

4. When he does not talk to you throughout the night, but once you leave he texts you, "Where'd you go?"

What is worse is that when you get this text, it makes you feel good because you know he noticed you. How screwed up is that?

5. When he tells you something you do bothers him, then he proceeds to do it.

"It really bothers me when I see you post a snap with your guy friend." *proceeds to post 11 pictures with girls on his story*

Oh. Okay.

6. When girls come up to him and ask, "Are you going to say hi to me?" when you're right next to him.

This should be a completely obvious one. I doubt that girl is just his "really good friend."

7. When you take him to your events, but he does not take you on his.

Date dashes, formals, whatever the occasion: nothing is worse than this. It is awful to see a guy you are interested in take another girl to his event, especially because he will usually still try to talk to you after. How sweet.

8. When he sends, "Hey :)" to you and another girl in a group text on accident or calls you another girl's name.

If you are going to try to play the field, don't be an idiot about it or just don't do it at all. Plain and simple.

9. When he says, "Don't you trust me?" or, "I promise," in ANY context.

This is the ultimate guilt trip and I am over it. Maybe I would trust you if you weren't the worst ever.

10. No matter what you do, how good you look, or how hard you try, he still acts the same.

No woman deserves to experience anything mentioned above, and it is very unfortunate that we have to. Every woman deserves to feel beautiful, worthy, and cherished. The worst feeling in the world is bending over backwards for a guy who gives you all the signs that he isn't into you, but who never actually commits.

I know it is hard, but in order for this to stop, we have to let go of the boys who act this way. It may make them realize it is not "cool" to treat people poorly.

There are plenty of nice, cute men out there who know that this is not the way to get or keep a woman. Just think: You're young. You have seen nothing of this world. You are not defined by what a guy thinks of you. You are much more than that.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
