I'll keep this brief. This is the worst election in the history of the United States. Why? Well, lets's see. We have two running candidates attacking each other because they have limited tactics on convincing voters to vote for them, which leads them to tear down the other's reputation. Allegations about both candidates show their lies and manipulation. Oh, then there's the insane voters that are literally rabid on defending their presidential choice and why he/she is perfect for this position...
First of all, I won't give you my political opinion.
Actually, no, I lied. I will. DON'T VOTE FOR DONALD TRUMP. PLEASE. I realize I just claimed that both candidates are basically liars. Yes, Hillary looks like a gigantic liar about the email thing, and a few other topics. But then there's the fact that, um, oh yeah...she isn't a screaming megaphone of stupidity and fluctuation.
Donald Trump just went to Mexico to hold a meeting and a press conference with the Mexican president. We all saw a different side of Trump that day; he looked a little intimidated, but calmer and like someone who could actually lead. But then he came back to the states, and twenty-four hours after he said, "We did not talk about who's paying for the wall," as well as saying that he considers President Pena Nieto a "friend," he yells to a whole crowd of Trump supporters, "They're paying for the wall!! They don't know it yet, but they will."
Guys...come on. All of you that support Trump; is it really all about how Washington "needs a different kind of attitude" and a more unique and confident approach to the presidency? Is it genuinely about how tough he is, and how that can most likely have better results for us as a nation?
If your support for him is centered around these above statements, please do us all a favor in this country and don't show up to the polls in November.
This guy is clearly arrogant and overly confident. But that's not the only reason why he's unfit to be president. He cannot handle foreign affairs, he manipulates ALL of you whether you know it or not, and to top it all of, he tweets his frustrations like a fourteen year-old girl.
Now, I certainly will not try to convince all of you to agree with me. But for the sake of this country, or if you don't care about that, for your own sake, just vote for Clinton. Yes, there are two other choices aside from the most popular belligerent duo, but do you really believe that other people care about them? You need to vote for the one that is popular enough to get the votes they need and beat the idiot (in this case, Trump). You need to vote for the one in which your one vote out of three-hundred million people will make a difference in who wins.
The fact that I actually took the time to write this and provide my opinion, which I initially didn't want to do, shows me that this is the worst election of all time. Break out the Razzie award, because this election deserves it. It's like watching the most horrible movie and realizing how much money you just wasted on tickets to see it. And look at what I'm doing; I'm basically doing what the candidates are doing: pointing out the mistakes of the other one. That's another reason why this is the worst election in history.
The amount of people that actually care to vote has plunged; I used to say that I wouldn't vote, but I can't let this go by and not at least try to have an impact on who will be our next leader.
The fact that the two presidential candidates' only fuel to get ahead in the polls is to depend on the other to mess up, then use those mistakes to point out in front of supporters and the media.
That's not how an election should be. That is not how candidates should continue to run this race. While every election consists of attacks between the candidates, it should not go as far as it already has, as we all see on CNN every week with the same bad moves being indicated by the other politician, (although Trump isn't even a politician). This isn't even an election, it's the Hunger Games, but a bad version of it.
While I hope that Hillary will win, all I'm really looking forward to is this stupid "election" ending.
