It's finally socially acceptable to start blasting the holiday cheer.

The Ultimate Christmas Playlist

I'll go ahead and admit it right away, I listen to Christmas music all year. I can't help it -- it makes me so happy and I'm pretty much the best singer in the world. But once Thanksgiving is over, I can finally advertise my love of Christmas music. As I sit next to my Christmas tree which is of course already set up and decorated, I listen to my perfectly collaborated and compiled Christmas Playlist. I have decided to share my genius with all of you so that you can also amaze others with the perfection. A special shout out to my sister Sara, a co-collaborator and Christmas Music aficionado.

1. Mariah Carey -- "All I Want For Christmas Is You"

A classic. That voice, though.

2. Lennon & Maisy -- "Christmas Coming Home"

I'm obsessed with these two.

3. Bing Crosby & David Bowie -- "Peace on Earth/Little Drummer Boy"

The song of my childhood.

4. Glee -- "Do They Know It's Christmas?"

Important for everything happening in society.

5. Straight No Chaser -- "The Christmas Can-Can"

These guys just get me.

6. Idina Menzel & Michael Bublé -- "Baby It's Cold Outside"

I just really love Idina, any version of this song will do, though.

7. Penatonix -- "Mary, Did You Know?"

Just ugh, I can sing like that too.

8. Straight No Chaser -- "The 12 Days of Christmas"

I really like acapella could you tell?

9. Kenny Loggins -- "Celebrate Me Home"

I grew up listening to this, and now that I'm in college it's so relevant.

10. The Mistle-Tones (A Musical) -- "Please Come Home For Christmas"

This one gives me the feels (they all do let's be honest).

11. Jackson 5 -- "Someday at Christmas"

You just can't not have a Jackson 5 version.

12. Pentatonix -- "Winter Hymnal"

My little sister requested this one, and I'm newly obsessed.

13. Pentatonix -- "Little Drummer Boy"

Another Pentatonix and acapella. Sorry, not sorry.

14. Michael Bublé -- "It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas"

Another great Michael classic.

15. Lea Michelle/Glee -- "River"

Just that voice.

16. James Taylor -- "Go Tell It On A Mountain"

James Taylor is just amazing and family in a nutshell.

17. Cascade -- "Last Christmas"

The best dancing christmas song possible.

18. Straight No Chaser -- "Who Spiked The Eggnog?"

A little laugh never killed anyone.

19. Josh Groban -- "Oh Holy Night"

That voice. *swoon*

20. Katharine McPhee -- "A Grown Up Christmas List"

The Micheal Bublé version of this is also amazing.

21. Glee -- "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen"

Just wow.

22. Jose Feliciano -- "Feliz Navidad"

This one is just FUN.

23. Meghan Trainor -- "I'll Be Home"

This one gives me the feels.

24. The Beach Boys -- "Little Saint Nick"

FUN.

25. David Seville & The Chipmunks -- "The Chipmunk Song"

ALVIIIIIIIIIN. Alvin is me, I am Alvin.

26. Glee Cast -- "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch"

Sue Sylvester is the best Grinch ever.

27. Wilson Phillips -- "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day"

They won my heart with "Hold On" and then this sealed the deal.

28. Pentatonix -- "That's Christmas To Me"

Sorry, last one I promise.

29. Elmo & Patsy -- "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer"

This one is just a yes all over the place.

30. Lea Michele -- "Auld Lang Syne"

My all time favorite I think, always appropriate and heartfelt.

I have so many more songs and versions I could add, but I have found these 30 songs to be the perfect length for a playlist. Just like Goldilocks, it's just right. So enjoy and have a great Christmas season!

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.
