Either you are a procrastinator or you know one. Everyone knows one. They wait until the last possible time to complete an assignment or task. You get used to it after a while. The calm before the storm. The understanding that the assignment is not going to get started until the night before.
You always overestimate how much time you have to complete an assignment because you don't think it's that big of a deal.
You do pointless things just so you don't have to do that one really important thing.
You feel that you do your best work under pressure. Sometimes you question if this is really true until the next time that you procrastinate and write one of the best papers of your life.
You hate yourself by the deadline but you know that you won't change your ways. Once a procrastinator, always a procrastinator.
You tell yourself that twenty years down the road you'll be happier that you did that really cool thing instead of working on that paper forever.
You have an emergency coffee stash just for those all-nighters. Because when the time comes you know that coffee is going to be the first thing you need.
At least one breakdown is expected. Its an impending feeling, you don't know when or where it is going to happen but some time in your all-nighter you will realize how stupid this decision was and how stressed you are. It happens every. single. time.
Procrastinators are a unique breed. They may not seem the most reliable people because they wait until the last minute but no matter how long they wait or put the task off, it always gets done.
