If you have ever worked a retail job, you know the struggle. It's real, it's too real. There are people who will shoot your job down and say it "can't be that hard," but let me tell you something-- the people saying that are people who have never worked retail a day in their life.
Here are just a few (of our many) struggles as retail employee's explained by our six favorite "Friends":
1. When a customer insists that an expired coupon can work even though you told them a million times the system wouldn't accept it.

2. What it feels like when you just finished three boxes of shipment and think you're done until this happens:

3. When a rude customer demands to speak to the manager and your manager tells them the exact same thing you just did.

4. When your manager asks one of your co-workers to "come into the office for a second" and you can't help but be nosey.

5. When you tell a customer that an item isn't in the back and they insist that no, it really is, please go check.
6. When you look at the schedule and see you're working with your favorite co-worker.

7. Working holiday always has you like:

8. What you wish you could do to every rude costumer you have to deal with:
9. Again, holiday... I can't stress this enough.
10. When you have to do your best to be nice to your manager that you despise.
11. When you just got ripped a new one by a customer and your co-worker asks if you're okay.

12. When you go in the back to be alone for a minute before you kill someone and your manager yells your name over the walkie.
13. When it's finally time for you to clock out and get the hell out of there.
14. An accurate depiction of what Black Friday (and everyday after) looks like.

15. When a customer yells at you for no apparent reason.
16. And of course, what you would love to say when a customer asks you for help when you're about to head back to go on break.
