Summers classes are a blessing and a curse. While it's nice to know that summer classes tend to be easier than if you were to take it during the regular school year, it is still a drag to have to compete school work over the summer when you're supposed to be doing nothing but relaxing. Here are some of the thoughts that go every student's mind while taking a summer course.
1. I'm going to get all my schoolwork done right away so I can finally go to the beach and not have to worry about it.
3. Another period of time passes and you're still sitting there having yet to do anything.
4. You finally sit down to do the work you keep saying you'll do, but once you begin you have absolutely no clue what's going on.
5. You turn to Google who will be your best friend throughout this process.
6. Sometimes it will give you a plethora of answers.
7. While other times it will leave you with nothing and you feel like if Google doesn't know it then the answer must not be out there.
8. But the actual worst is when you think you found the answer, but it was just someone asking the same question as you with no response either.
9. Or when someone gives you the answer without REALLY giving you the answer. Come onnnnnn, just say it. There is no need for games.
10. It's the night before everything is due and you just want to be done with this God forsaken class.
11. You hand in all of your work feeling #blessed because you're finally done which means that you're free for the summer.
You know that it was tough to get through, but it would have been much harder during the school year, so you thank yourself for at least some relief.
So for everyone enduring a summer class, remember to finish strong. Just a little bit longer and then the summer is yours. Good luck!
