A Love between a Father and a Daughter.
A young mother and father were expecting their first child and they chose to not know whether it was a boy or a girl. When it was time to deliver the father was trying to help keep the young mother calm. When the baby finally came it was a baby girl. When the father first saw his little girl he knew that she would have him wrapped around his finger for the rest of his and her life. As time went on and she got older the father and daughter became very close. They did alot of father-daughter activities together and it helped their relationship grow . When this little girl was about 15 a tragedy hit. Her mother was killed in a car accident by a driver who was apparently drinking. This little girl was devasted but she still had one person she could always lean on and that was her father. Her father then adopted a little brother and he loved the little boy, and did everything with him that a father wanted to ever do with a son, The big sister looked at it as a great opportunity to show him what their father meant when he showed his love for others and his family.
Ten years later, she invited her father and brother to be part of the wedding dress process and as they were looking at dresses together the father bursted out in tears and could not believe that his little girl was finally getting married. The brother was asked to be a part of his big sister's wedding and he happily took it on; because his big sister was the one that he looked up to when he needed somebody to talk to, and taught him what it meant to love others along with the father.
As the father finally walked his daughter down the aisle he gently said to her: "I love you baby girl and you will always be my baby girl. Your brother and I are very proud of you and thank you for being an example. No matter what, I will still love you and you can always come home to me.""I am very proud of you, love you and you will always be my baby girl." As they got to the front, the brother who was the best man,the girl and her father were all in tears. As he gave her away she wiped the tears from his eyes, and said: "I love you daddy and you will always be my daddy." The smile on his face showed her little brother what it was like to see the love in others shine.
Now about six years later she is happily married and they both have a strong foundation for Christ, and she is expecting. The first person she calls is her father who has been there through it all, and then she calls her little brother who happens to be a doctor at the hospital, and tells him the news. The Father is a proud parent of a beautiful little successful girl in his eyes and the son turned out to be a successful handsome young man. When the daughter's due date finally came, her brother happened to be the doctor who was going to deliver her baby and he was so excited that he had the oppertunity to deliver his sister's child.
When the baby finally came the daddy's little girl told her daddy that he could name the child; so he named his grandchild Elizabeth Flower after his little girl's belated mother. They all lived happily ever after.
