You don't often hear the terms business and television personality in the same sentence, but I suppose the two can go hand-in-hand; both play roles to get paid. Look at Donald Trump, for instance, who is all that plus more. He is a presidential candidate and former star of "Celebrity Apprentice," whose theme song is "For the Love of Money" by the O'Jays.
Every celebrity--I mean candidate--has their supporters and their critics. In Trump's case, one category outweighs the other, due to a myriad of reasons. For one, he isn't an activist. I know there is only so much activism you can do while hosting a TV show, or apparently, while running for president, but let's look at some simple facts.
When Trump was still doing "Celebrity Apprentice," he and the other producer, Mark Burnett, tried to use the disintegrating economy to get ratings by using average working class people. I suppose they believed it would show hope. It backfired, causing them to recruit celebrities instead.
Trump, known to stick to his business tactics, isn't raising minimum wage. He shows his entitlement in the the campaign by simply running without caring about the voters. He's insulted enough people for there to be a ten hour compilation of them on Youtube.
"I don't, frankly, have time for total political correctness," said Trump.
Trump doesn't seem to need anyone or anything besides the Bible (although he won't say which parts inspire him).
Trump has made many enemies throughout his campaign, which is only part of the reason he cannot be taken seriously by most. Here are a few examples of what the world thinks of Donald Trump:

Just like Seth Meyers, I was confused when I heard Donald Trump was running for president; I thought it was a joke. Joking about Trump's campaign is the only way some of us can bear with it, I suppose.
There are a plethora of videos mocking Donald Trump, but there is definitely more footage of him insulting the world. The list can go on and on, which makes you wonder, how is he still in the running?
