As some of you may have heard, Netflix is planning on giving viewers approximately 1000 hours of new content, which equates to $800 million in the next year! I don't know about you, but when I'm not studying (and when I'm not on Pinterest), I'm binging television shows and movies on the amazing website.

Netflix is a way for anyone to destress, not just for college students. You can watch it anytime, anywhere, which is perfect. If you work, you can start a show before your shift or during your break. Or, you can watch a show anytime that your free!

Some shows I'm binging right now are:

1. Gilmore Girls.

A new trailer for Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life is available November 25th. (I'm currently freaking out on the inside that I'm so behind!)

2. How to Get Away with Murder.

This show is for anyone that loves Viola Davis and dramas by Shonda Rhimes. This brings me to the next show on my list. For those of you that aren't into criminal like shows, once I saw the pilot I was hooked! The acting on the show is superb!

3. Grey's Anatomy.

Another Shonda Rhimes drama, but it focuses on the medical field instead of law school (like How to Get Away with Murder.) For anyone who hasn't watched it, I highly recommend it!

While the streaming service doesn't have college discounts, (from what I know of) the prices for each plan are different and are very reasonable for college students! Check the prices at: www.netflix.com

This isn't happening for another year so before all of the other new shows are being released, you should probably finish binging the current shows you have on your dashboard in your account.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
