The most underrated character from "The Office"? Yup, you guessed it: Creed Bratton. Bratton, a character only shown about once an episode, is insane, random and absolutely clueless. But that's exactly why he is one of the most loved characters. Here are 14 scenes that made me realize the true depth of my love for this weirdo.
1. Clearly Creed is a little too old for his parents to know/legitimately care that he is part of a "documentary," which is why this scene makes absolutely no sense.
2. On one Halloween episode, Creed walks into the office with no knowledge of the fact that it is Halloween or that any of his colleagues dress up for this "holiday." Guess he was right, really good timing.
3. Creed becomes paranoid that a rumor about him has surfaced, from Stanley, that he has asthma. He then begins to explain that if anyone finds out about his asthma, he won't be able to scuba.
4. In my favorite episode, Creed is asked to speak at a seminar hosted by Andy about business. He then begins to describe what sounds like a normal male, tells everyone that he has described the Lochness monster, then walks out of the room.
5. How about when he becomes acting manager of the Scranton branch and loses Dunder Mifflin's biggest clients?
6. Finally, he got the Halloween memo.
7. Creed has no idea what is happening around him 100 percent of the time. He doesn't even know what his own job is.
8. He does have the best dance moves out of all the employees.
9. Remember when Michael told Creed he was a murder suspect in a game he did not know the office was playing and ran out of work? Me too.
10. Or how about when he tried to hitchhike on a bus that just so happened to be filled with his co-workers?
11. You can't forget about his side hustle!
12. Although Creed was only acting manager for a couple days, he definitely tried to rename Dunder Mifflin.
13. Personally, I did not see this one coming.
On the off chance you didn't think Creed was the most underrated character on "The Office," maybe this helped you believe.
