The Meme Examiner: Vol.4

Yet another week has passed and it is time for our weekly ritual my friends.

I know that you will be excited to hear that this volume's meme theme is everyone's friendly neighborhood Spiderman! Somehow he continues to remain relevant with a seemingly endless movie franchise that continues to be rebooted. Not only does this mean that we have more sub-par Marvel movies to go out and mindlessly watch, like everyone else in the world, but it also means that fresh memes keep bouncing around those interwebs!

1. Chuck E. Don't Even Think About It!

Oh goodness me

The look of sudden and horrifying realization that Chuck E. expresses in this image makes this meme one of my current favorites. It should represent a fairly normal kid's restaurant mascot, but many of us can relate to this facial expression which is why this is one potent meme. Maybe even as potent as that little plague that went through Europe a little while ago...

2. Fight!

Basically just an echo fighter

This meme includes both grammar correction on the internet, which is just a cancer as we all know, and way too serious man wearing a sun hat. Is he fearsome enough to go toe-to-toe with some of those other fighters out there? You decide!

3. Back to the Draw(er)ing Board

no nO NO, let me at it!

If you don't understand this one, do you even cook bro?

4. Like Manly Musk?

R.I.P. Middle School Bathrooms everywhere

A great way to solve a problem is to spray Axe into the air until breathing hurts a little bit right?

5. Stop That!

Fortnite is a disease!

This child did not seem to expect such a violent reaction. How silly of him.

6. *audible whisper just for effect*

Oh no the kids are too young to understand

Parents might be talking trash, but at least they didn't make their kid wear those polka-dot slippers.

7. Wow Irony!

Woah we were the same all along

Oof checkmate government of the country we live in. Please don't @ me on Twitter for this Trump.

8. The Night of the Living Ben!

Just stay dead already

The Spiderman meme theme is in full swing! I can sense some stress in you reader, feel free to leave a passive aggressive comment if you like!

9. How Dare She

The Media these days

Even I feel that my meme articles are more thrilling than some of these headlines

10. Woah Dank Incoming!

Reeeeepost

I realize that this meme has made its way into two Meme Examiner Volumes, but I just could not resist a second helping of "wack Mr. Krabs." It is just too perfect

Now leave me students.

Goodbye.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
