Syllabus Week is most definitely considered to be a holiday in the world of college students. It is the one week when we can be in classes and relax (for the most part) because we know we will not have any big due dates, such as tests or major projects for at least another couple of weeks. Syllabus Week is also the perfect time to meet new people in your classes and intentionally make new friends. Why not start the new semester on a positive note, "literally" using the most positive person television has ever known: Chris Traeger.
When you are back from a long break and you are eager to see what the new semester will bring.
Then you finally get to see the friends you have not gotten seen over the break and you just cannot contain your excitement. So you end up running up to them at least somewhat like this...
After seeing your friends in person for more than five minutes, you eventually say something along the lines of...
You finally get to class and you think to yourself "What have I gotten myself into?" It's only the first week and you realize you have a long way to go.
Then your teacher hands you your first syllabus and you realize how work you are going to have to.
But wait, then you have the sudden realization that you have more than this class and you have no idea how you are going to balance school and having a life.
Finally classes are over for the day and you just want to unwind and have a little fun.
After having a great night you wake up for classes the next day and you realize your teacher had sent an email saying something along the lines of "bring this to class" and you completely forgot. So you tell yourself,
You survive class even though you forgot to bring your lecture notes, syllabus or even textbook and you're so proud of yourself.
After feeling bad about messing up in today's class you decide to stay in and get some rest only to be so worried about the upcoming semester you can hardly sleep.
It's the end of the week and you finally have a game plan for your next semester.
But in the end you are "literally" so excited for another great semester.
