I have heard some interesting songs lately. Some are really good, but some are not. Most of the songs that are bad are covers. Some of the originals of these songs are great, but the covers are so bad they might actually be better. You have to be in the mood to find these songs humorous, though. So enjoy, or cringe your way through these annoying or funny songs, depending on your perspective.
This Sandstorm cover
You can really tell how much time was put into this piece. How much practice this must have taken. Which is absolutely none. It's hard to concentrate on what to write about with this playing in the background it's so bad. But if you're looking for a terribly done cover, this is a prime example.
This "Star Wars Duel of the Fates" Remix
"Star Wars" fans will either think this is hilarious or dreadful. The air horn animations on the screen make it even funnier though. I couldn't make it through this video without laughing. Yes, I was tired therefore everything was funnier but still. The timing is perfect. Also, the seriousness of the scene mixed with the terrible music makes it all the more fun.
Only Airhorn
I mean, can you say majestic? This song is so beautiful, and the airhorns? Who would have thought of that? It's so creative and unique. Play this at your next special event and you're sure to get some positive reactions. It will really add to the atmosphere. A good addition? Maybe.
"Jurassic Park" Melodica Cover
Now, "Jurassic Park" has some incredible music. This scene where they first see living dinosaurs in their scaly flesh is such a majestic moment. When this half-hearted melodica player takes their shot at playing the main theme, it's hilarious. The thing is, even when a melodica is being played well, it still doesn't sound that great (unless it's played along with other instruments in an artful way that sounds cool.)
"What's Up" He-Man edition
So for one thing, this is the only version of this song I ever heard, I didn't even know the original song existed until quite recently. Another thing is the clips from "He-Man" in combination with this cover is a phenomenal occurrence. This video is a golden gemstone that arose from the depths of a magical spring purely from its own mystical powers. Whoever sang this should go on "The Voice". That would be a special treat.
I hope you took note of some of these songs. They could come in handy next time you need a "serious" song. Use these songs or similar songs and be the ultimate troll. Because life is too short to be normal.
