decisions are hard

Chinese? Pizza? Do you even have the money for it? Does it matter? All of these are questions that run through your mind as you drive or ride home from the end of your work or school day. A decision that should never be so hard to make, but it makes your heart race and you clam up. All of a sudden you do not feel so sure about anything.

Let's be honest, to any average person this would be a simple decision. Often times, some of us, have some sort of anxiety that prevents us from being able to make such a simple decision. Yes or No. A or B. Sound like you?

You probably have it down to an art: from every day normal decisions all the way to testing in class. Two answers seem correct, but is one more correct than the other? This plagues so many of us, and we wonder how we are going to get through it. Honest to goodness I am figuring it out every day little by little.

The good news is that it is not all the time. Sometimes the choice is easy, and it even comes easy to you. Those are the best times, when you can breath and feel like the options were not so bad and the decision comes to you immediately and life is perfect.

I cannot say for sure this is a problem that resolves itself. I cannot say that it will always be this way. I Wish I did not suffer with this problem myself, and I know the feeling of being indecisive all to well. Here is hoping that you have more simple decisions and easy days, tests don't give you too much trouble, and the feeling of being unsure goes away for you.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
