Napping is defined as "the most beautiful thing that could ever happen to a college student." Well at least to me it is. After long nights of studying and stressing about exams, just coming back to your room after a long day makes everything right in the world. There are also various types of naps, but all naps are created equally as far as we are concerned!
Short naps. These naps are quote, unquote "power naps" and can be just what you need to push you through your long day and your studies. They may just be one of the little things in life that make it worth living.
Medium length naps. These naps are the best as far as I can tell. They are just enough to refresh you without disorienting you. So that you don't wake up wondering what year or century it is.
Too long naps. These naps are the ones that you say you will only be taking off about an hour and they end up being five to six hours long and then you realized you wasted half your day just sleeping (which is okay with me).
When there's no time to take a nap. Step one is to sit down and cry. Just kidding! just take a deep breath, a sip of coffee and just keep on carrying on.
