The cliché “new year, new me” seems to never run out of style. But there comes a point where the goals and resolutions one set just are never reached. All one has to do is walk into the gym on the first day of the New Year and then walk in 3 weeks later and the numbers drop significantly. That’s just one example of the many New Year resolutions one sets.
What if you made a list, some sort of bucket list for the New Year, instead of trying to commit to 12 months of change. After all, not all of us need this miraculous change because most of the time we fix something when we see it’s broken. Set mini goals, make a list of things you want to do but never have done or something you hope to work on in small doses.
Push limits, fears and expectations in order to be the best version of you. Experience life outside of the ordinary. Step outside your comfort zone and be the greatest you, you can be.
