Dear true fam,
Hey wassup guys! Do you remember me? Probably not because I always forget to return your calls and texts... Honestly though, that's my bad y'all. You know ya girl loves her nap and is highkey forgetful 146% of the time. My bad y'all my bad. Anyway, I just wanted to write this here letter to y'all to say thanks for everything. Y'all are my true fam and you support me through anything and everything, and for that I'm eternally grateful.
Fam, from the moment I took my first steps, to that one time I recited the entire resurrection story at our church's annual Easter program when all I had to say was "He has risen," or even the times when I used to cry as I was saying good-bye to y'all like I would never see you again, y'all have always had my back. Throughout these past 18 years, each and every one of you have continually supported me and encouraged me to do anything I put my mine to. Your constant support and your unconditional love for me never goes unnoticed and I am so incredibly appreciative of that.
Every time I see you guys, or even talk to you on the phone for a little while, you always make me feel like the smartest and funniest person on this side of the Mississippi, and I think that's pretty awesome. You guys are also waaayyy to good at roasting me on just about everything ever, but I know y'all only do it out of love so I'm gonna let it slide... for now. I continue to be inspired by each of your accomplishments and incredible drive each and every day. You guys push me to be the best version of myself that I can be just so I can make you proud, and I think that's pretty awesome too.
Guys, I may not get to see you as often as I would like, but just know that every time I do see you, I always feel like the luckiest gal in the whole world. I'm so so so so blessed to be able to call y'all my family, and there's no one else I'd rather share Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays, and everything in between with than y'all.
You guys are some of the most amazing people that God has put on this Earth, and I know that you deserve nothing but the best. I know that life isn't always smooth sailing for all of us, but there's no one else I'd rather experience both the ups and the downs with than y'all.
I love y'all more than I could say, and I promise to call or at least text you soon. Love you!!!
Ferrin Gillespie
P.S. If I ever win the lottery or become rich and famous one day, I can't promise each of y'all a new house. However, just know that I plan to throw the dopest cookout anyone this side of the Mississippi has ever seen as a consolation. I promise.
Ok bye forrealzies love ya much!
