Thank you, mom.
I don’t think I tell you enough, but I love you more than life. I love you so much that at times I get so aggravated, so mad, and I push you away, but at the end of the day I still love you with all my heart. You gave me life and you gave me pieces of you. I am so proud and so honored to be your daughter – I am so thankful for you.
Thank you for taking care of me at 3 a.m. when I was sick. Thank you for taking me to urgent care almost every weekend due to sports injuries and even my health problems. Thank you for listening to me. Thank you for helping me in school. Thank you for catching my tears when my heart was broken and when I felt so hopeless.
You’ve given me so much strength and you have always been my support system. Thank you for making me laugh – we have the best inside jokes known to mankind. You always know how to change my bad mood and how to cheer me up. Thank you for helping me find the light on the darkest days.
If it wasn’t for you, mom, I don’t know how I would have gotten through life thus far. You always told me you were my number one fan, and I am so thankful to have the best cheerleader in life as my mom. I know I have said hurtful things throughout my life to you and I am so sorry for that. I never meant to make you cry by the things that I have said and the things I may have dome. I was young, naive, immature, and selfish – but that was just a phase in my life.
It’s not till you’re a little older and realize that being close with your mom is actually cool. You are my best friend mom and you are my hero. Thank you for understanding me and for taking time out of your long stressful day to listen to mine. Thank you for caring mom. I love you more than life itself and I am so thankful to have YOU as my mother.
Love,
Your Daughter
