Dear roomies, best friends, and soulmates,
When we signed our lease to share an apartment for the last two years of our college careers, I knew that we would have fun but I had no idea how close we would become. We have literally become family and I have no idea what I would do without either of you. I am so blessed to have the best roommates in the world and I could never thank you enough for everything, but I'll try!
Thank you for being my future bridesmaids.
You really do find your future bridesmaids in college (if I ever do get married that is) and I thank God everyday for you two.
Thank you for always being down to eat with me.
From a random trip to KFC/Taco Bell to making s'mores in our kitchen, I'm glad I live with two people that will constantly eat with me instead of judge me for it.
Thank you for watching Game Show Network with me (and genuinely enjoying it).
Thank you for not judging my weirdness (and also for being weird yourselves).
I don't know what I would do with myself if I lived with two completely normal people.
Thank you for also being able to talk about serious things with me.
From politics to religion to mental illness, I'm glad that we can still have adult conversations even though we're complete weirdos.
Thank you for sharing my love of puppies.
Because how could anyone not love this?
Thank you for putting up with me.
I know I can be a lot to handle, but you both do a really great job of not getting TOO annoyed with me (or you at least know how to hide it really well).
Thank you for being there when I need to cry, but being able to make me laugh instead.
There have been so many times that I've wanted to come home and cry because of school, boys or people in general, but seeing you two always makes me feel better and I usually end up laughing instead of crying.
Thank you for helping me realize that I deserve better than a stupid boy that doesn't care about me.
Thank you for hating the same people that I do.
Because that's how every great friendship starts, right?
Thank you for studying with me (aka watching TV and "studying").
At least we can say we tried!
Thank you for not judging me when I don't feel like showering that day or going to the gym.
Thank you for going out with me...
And having a little too much fun.
...but also having nights in with me.
Because we all know that I'm really a grandma and hate going out.
Thank you for being my people.
I have no idea what I'd do without you. #blessed
