A Thank You Letter To My Forever Friend

Dear Best Friend,

I don't think you know how much I appreciate having you as a best friend. I'm not the sappy best friend, and I'm sorry for that. But I think it's time that you get the thanks yous, you so greatly deserve.

Thank you for being the person that I can always be myself around.

Thank you for being my other half.

Thank you for all the late night drives around town.

Thank you for making your home, my home.

Thank you for all the hugs I say I hate, but I actually love.

Thank you for being my partner in crime, literally.

Thank you for making all of my problems, your problems.

Thank you for being brutally honest with me even when I don't want to hear it, because chances are that I needed to.

Thank you for only staying mad at me for a few hours after our dumbest fights.

Thank you for sitting in silence with me during the toughest of times.

Thank you for not laughing at me when I cry, and thank you for making me laugh so hard that I cry.

Thank you for always being there.

Thank you for all the memories.

Most importantly, thank you for being my best friend and thank you putting up with me.
