A Thank You Letter To My Freshman Year Roommate

To My Freshman Year Roommate,

1. Thank you for being my first friend

Even if that meant going to the cafeteria with me, even though you had already eaten.

2. Thank you for teaching me how to live with someone

Before you, I never had to share a room. thank you for always allowing me to borrow your clothes, and being the sister I always wanted.

3. Thank you for getting me addicted to "Grey's Anatomy"

Seriously...thank you. that was the best thing that could have ever happened to me.

4. Thank you for staying up late with me when I procrastinated doing my work

Let's be real ...we sucked and waited until the night before the assignment was due to even start.

5. Thank you for all the drunken (and sober) memories

Your front teeth... gone but never forgotten.

6. Thank you for constantly listening to me complain

I know I'm not the easiest to get along with, but thank you for always making me feel at home.

7. Thank you for dealing with my boyfriend (and his snoring)

Enough said with that one.

8. Thank you for being you

Thank you for helping me survive freshman year. Thank you for always being a friend and a shoulder to cry on. Thank you for always being down to get turnt on a weekday. Thank you for late night sing-alongs to serious throwbacks on Apple TV. Thank you for being you.
