To my best (guy) friend,

First of all, thank you. Thank you for being there for me on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level. Thank you for giving me a shoulder to cry on and a shoulder to lean on. There were times where I would call you crying over another stupid boy and hoping you would be the not-so-stupid boy to make those tears go away, and every single time, you did. Thank you for our late night talks on my front porch and Sonic runs because you understand my craving for sweets like no one else does. Thank you for being my date to formals and cotillions and even weddings, because those moments just wouldn't be as fun with anyone else. Thank you for throwing me into any body of water you can find and battling me in "Dance Dance Revolution". Thank you for being selfless and coming over to help me with homework or studying for a test even though I'm sure you had more important things to do. Thank you for loving my family and letting them treat you as if you were their own. Thank you for letting me be the first person you wanted to call with good news so I could be the first to say "Congrats!"

I also want to thank you for calling me with bad news because I'm that person you want to confide with when things go awry. Thank you for coming to my games and cheering me on because I know I have enjoyed making signs and rooting for you! Thank you for telling me how it is even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear. Thank you for never bringing any drama into my life and just being a genuine and loving person.

Our friends always question us about when we will get married, but you and I both know you're going to best damn Man of Honor I could ever dream of having. We can go months without talking but I know I can pick up the phone and call you and we could carry on a conversation for hours just trying to catch up.

Thank you for being a true and one of a kind friend. You are and always will be my absolute bestest friend in the entire universe. Just thank you for everything, for always being someone I can count on, you have no idea what that means to me. I love you.
