One of the most special friendships you will find is one between siblings that are best friends. Not all people are lucky to have a brother or sister and best friend wrapped into one. For those of you that do, I think you will agree with me on this one!

To my Sibling,

Thank you doesn't even begin to cover the gratitude I feel everyday for you. You are one of the most important people in my life and I cannot imagine it without you.

Thank you for simply being you.

Thank you for being the best playmate while growing up. Life would have been so boring without you!

Thank you for always sneaking downstairs on Christmas Eve to see if Santa came and putting spoons under our pillows in the hopes of a snow day. Memories like those are the ones that last forever.

Thank you for getting into arguments sometimes, so that we can both become stronger individuals.

Thank you for always having my back no matter what.

Thank you for never telling mom and dad about that stupid thing I did (and you're welcome for not telling yours either).

Thank you for taking the blame sometimes for me. I know I can always count on you when I need you the most.

Thank you for always being there during those extremely long family functions where we both get tired of the insane amount of questions from our extended family.

Thank you for always being a shoulder to cry on during the hard times.

Thank you for always laughing with me.

Thank you for telling me the actual truth when I ask "how do I look?"

Thank you for always saying exactly what I need to hear.

Thank you for teasing me. It's a part of being siblings!
