Hey,

We have been through thick and thin, fights and squabbles, sad and depressing, fun and crazy. So I just wanted to say thank you. We have so many memories that are incredible and irreplaceable. You have brought so much to my life.

You have brought comedy to my life by calling me out on my sh*t and never letting me forget it. I make mistakes a lot, and you are right there by my side, not sugarcoating them or telling me what I want to hear. You are there saying, "Cut the crap, fix it and move on." Once I do figure it out, you remind me of these lessons time after time for years, like that time I pushed you down the hill (my bad). But now we can laugh about the stupid stuff like that.

You have brought joy to my life through our crazy adventures. We have known each other forever and are still friends. Either something is wrong with both of us or this friendship was simply meant to be. We go to (*went to) the gym, county fairs, movies or out together and each time, something ridiculous happens that we remember for years.

You still talk to me after all the drunk calls you have gotten. I am so sorry, truly sorry. You used to pick up, but you quickly learned how absolutely ridiculous it is, so you tell me to call you in the morning. You are my go-to person all the time, but especially when I am drunk. The bottom line is: I am incredibly sorry, but I probably will never stop.

You are my go-to date for everything. Why would I bring an actual date to an event when I can go with someone that guarantees a good time? You are someone who will dance just as hard as I do, if not more, and someone I don't need to impress because you like me for who I am, even if I am bat-sh*t crazy.

We can go months without talking, but we can still pick up right where we left off. It is truly a gift to be able to not have to worry about always keeping up with you because we are busy people, and it can be exhausting and straining. Being able to know that I can call or text you no matter what is a gift. You are one of the most reliable people in my life, and it is so amazing to have someone like you in my life.

So, thank you. For putting up with my bullshit. For always being there for me even when I think that I don't need it. For dancing your heart out with me even when we look like fools. You are my best friend, and I absolutely love you for it. Thank you. Without you, I don't know where I would be.
