Great, another article about finals week and how much we're dreading it and how awful and terrible it is and how we never sleep or do anything, right? Wrong. Every one gets so wrapped up in themselves and everything they've got going on during probably the most stressful week of college, which I am totally guilty of, but what everyone forgets to consider is their friends that are going through the same stress-filled week that devote their time and attention and energy into listening us complain instead of doing what they need to do.

My closest friends know who they are, and know how bad I can get around finals, and I sincerely apologize for not thanking you sooner. Without you all, I would probably be on the floor and in the corner of some random building crying. You are the real MVP's of finals week.

Thanks for letting me complain about the same final and the same professor every day leading up to their final

Thank you for staying up for hours with me studying when you have your own work to do.

Thank you for letting me distract you from your work by complaining and whining about mine.

Thanks for letting me a pessimistic, crazy person for an entire week.

Thank you for not punching me in the face every time I say that I failed

Thank you for not punching me in the face every time I say that I'm tired, I know you are too

Thank you for letting me be miserable and cranky and not getting mad at me when I snap at you.

Thank you for letting me be over emotional exhaustion and stressed.

Thanks for not ignoring me for a whole week.

Thanks for not judging me when I eat only junk food for a week literally nothing else, I'm gross, sorry...

Thank you for being exhausted with me and laughing at the dumb stuff I say after 12 a.m.

Thank you for reassuring me that I will be okay and that things will get better, I needed that.

Thank you for keeping me sane, even when I drive you insane.

Most importantly, thank you for being the best support system a girl could ask for during the worst week ever.

If you're reading this, it's not too late to thank your friends, and trust me, it's the least you can do.. Happy finals to all, study hard, and at the end of the week, party harder, you all deserve it!
