If you care about that person, you will just try to do what you can to resolve the issue before the New Year. Don’t bring unnecessary drama into 2017, and anyway, if you don’t that friend or whoever may think you’re “leaving them behind”. Trust me, I think it’s kind of childish to see the New Year as something like that but I’ve seen it happen.

- Lastly, cut off dead weight. New Years is really the time that you can just cut someone off with little to no real reason. Maybe you just aren’t feeling their vibes.
