It's that time of year again to binge watch all your favorite Christmas movies! Here's a list of the best movies to get you started.

1. The Year Without A Santa Claus

Who doesn't love the Snow and Heat Misers?! This is hands down the best Christmas movie to watch with the family.

2. The Santa Claus

Tim Allen portrays the best Santa Claus I've ever seen. This movie made me believe in Santa because of how realistic it seemed.

3. Elf

This one's a given, I mean, come on you can't have a Christmas movie list without this movie. Will Ferrell is hilarious in this movie, and you can be sure that I will be quoting this movie for the entire month of December (and probably every month after too).

4. Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer

This one is also a classic. Everyone knows the song about Rudolph, so why not watch the movie too?

5. Santa Claus Is Coming To Town

Another clay-animated movie that brings the family together. The whole family will be singing "Put one foot in front of the other".

6. Frosty The Snowman

Because a snowman that comes to life isn't creepy at all, it's fun! You know the story of Frosty, so you might as well watch the story unfold and sing along with the songs.

7. Home Alone

The only reason this is even considered a Christmas movie is because it takes place at Christmas time. It is still a great movie full of laughs and sure to make family movie night a good one.

8. Christmas With The Kranks

Technically, the characters in this movie are anti-Christmas, but they come around eventually. Hilarious movie great for parents who can relate to how Tim Allen and Jamie Lee Curtis's characters feel when they have an empty nest for Christmas.

9. Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas

If you say you don't love The Grinch, then you're lying. And no, I'm not talking about the animated one. Jim Carrey is hilarious as the Grinch. And who doesn't love little Cindy Lou Who?!

10. A Charlie Brown Christmas

If your parents don't make you watch the Charlie Brown holiday special for every holiday, then your parents don't love you. Kidding, but seriously you need to watch them. They are classics and the Christmas special is sure to make you smile.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
